browned butter maple syrup

Ingredients

Yield:  1/2 Cup

    • 1/2 cup 100% Pure Maple Syrup
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Directions:

    1. Pour syrup into a small bowl.
    2. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat until it is a deep golden brown; but not burned.
    3. Pour into maple syrup and stir; season with salt.
