German Beer Cheese Spread

Ingredients:

- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2/3 cup German beer
- Assorted crackers or soft pretzels
Directions:
- Place cheese in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Continue processing while gradually adding beer to reach a spreading consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Serve with crackers or soft pretzels.
