Cheddar Creamed Corn

Ingrediients:
- 2 pkg (28 oz total) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Yield: 8 Servings
- In a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
- Cook, covered, on low 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until corn is tender and cheese is melted.
- Stir just before serving.
