cheddar creamed corn

Cook: 3 Hours

Ingrediients:

  • 2 pkg (28 oz total) frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Yield: 8 Servings

  1. In a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook, covered, on low 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until corn is tender and cheese is melted.
  3. Stir just before serving.
