Red Velvet Oreo Brownies

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg (3.3 oz) instant white chocolate pudding mix
- 6 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pkg Oreos
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg (1/2 lb) CandiQuick chocolate bark (or about 1 ½ cups chocolate chips)
- Mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cake mix, melted butter, eggs, pudding mix, and vegetable oil. Mix well (2-3 minutes) until combined.
- Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread the red velvet brownie layer into the pan. NOTE: batter will be VERY thick.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Crush (finely) Oreos. Melt cream cheese in microwave for 15 seconds to soften. Stir together Oreos and cream cheese until blended smooth.
- Carefully spread Oreo mixture on top of baked brownies. Use hands to press into pan to avoid tearing brownies.
- Melt chocolate bark (or chocolate chips and pour over Oreo layer.
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips while still warm.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
