- Pastry for single-crust pie (9 in)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin
- 1 16 oz can evaporated milk
Directions:
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Beat eggs, then beat in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
