mango peach smoothie

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup fat-free milk
    • 12 oz peach yogurt (about 1 1/4 cups)
    • 2 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks

Yield: 4 Servings

Directions:

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
