Veggie-Sesame Chicken Salad

- 1 pkg (5 oz) spring mix salad greens
- 2 1/2 cups cubed or shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (8 oz) unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 2 cups green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
- 1/2 cup wonton strips
Directions:
- Combine mixed greens, chicken, pineapple, and onions in a large bowl. Add carrots, edamame, and red pepper.
- Toss with salad dressing; top with wonton.
