Velveeta Nacho Bake

Ingredients:

- 1 pkg (12 oz) Velveeta Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare Shells & Cheese according to directions.
- While pasta is cooking, brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning and water to meat; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir sour cream into Shells & Cheese.
- Spoon half of Shells & Cheese into an 8 inch square baking dish; top with meat mixture, half the shredded cheese, and the remaining Shells & Cheese. Cover.
- Bake 15 minutes. Top with salsa, remaining shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
- Bake uncovered and additional 5 minutes.
