Total Time:  15 Minutes + Chilling

Ingredients

Yield:  1 Cup

    • 1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    • 1 cup butter, softened
    • 1 tsp seasoned pepper
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

    1. Place basil in a food processor; pulse until chopped. Add remaining ingredients; process until blended.
    2. Transfer to a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a log.
    3. Refrigerate up to one week or wrap securely and freeze.
