dilled seafood salad sandwiches

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz crabmeat
  • 2/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp snipped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split

Yield: 4 Servings

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix the first 11 ingredients, breaking up crab into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Serve on buns.
