muffin pan meat loaves

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
    • 1 Tbsp each chili powder and Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
    • 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 3/4 lb each lean ground beef and ground turkey

TOPPING

    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp prepared mustard

Yield: 6 Servings

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add beef and turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Place 1/3 cup mixture into each of 12 ungreased muffin cups, pressing lightly.
    2. In a bowl, mix topping ingredients; spoon over meat loaves. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
