- Pastry for single-crust pie (9 in)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup stick margarine, melted
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecan halves
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat sugar, margarine, corn syrup, salt, and eggs. Stir in pecans.
- Bake 40-50 minutes or until center is set.
