Chocolate Ribbon Pie

Ingredients:

Yield: 8 servings

    • 4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups cold fat-free milk, divided
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 cups Cool Whip Free whipped topping, divided
    • 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
    • 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello-O chocolate fat free sugar free instant pudding

Directions:

    1. Beat cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk, and sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    2. Gently stir in 1/2 cup whipped topping.
    3. Spread onto bottom of crust.
    4. Pour remaining milk into large bowl.
    5. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
    6. Spread over cream cheese layer.
    7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
    8. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping just before serving.
    9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
